This broad thematic encompasses a number of sub-projects, partly supported by STARC graduate students. The focus is on agriculture, diet, food consumption and production, wine and olive oil production, with assemblages dated from prehistory to the Byzantine period. The geographical focus covers Cyprus, Greece, Jordan, Turley and Israel.
